Westview Hospital wants to keep you informed of what we are doing to
improve upon patient satisfaction – your satisfaction – and how we are
continually challenging ourselves to provide the best patient-centered
osteopathic care in the state of Indiana. When you are an inpatient at Westview Hospital, you may receive a visit
from one of our hospital ambassadors. The ambassador will inquire about your
satisfaction with our services and care, and direct any of your concerns to the
appropriate hospital department and staff.
As an
inpatient or outpatient, you may also receive a formal questionnaire in the
mail. We encourage you to complete the questionnaire and return it to the
survey company. Your input is very important to us and provides us with
pertinent information that helps us to continually improve upon the services we
provide for you and your family. In addition, this information also helps us to
look at our performance comparatively against other health care providers. Westview Receives Recognition for Excellence in Quality Westview Hospital, along with other hospitals nationwide, participated
in the government’s standardized patient satisfaction survey program called Hospital
Consumer Assessment of Hospital Providers Survey (HCAHPS). Here is how patients at Westview recently
