Jon P. Anderson is the President and
Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Westview Medical Campus. Jon joined Westview as Chief Financial
Officer in January of 2008 and was promoted to President and C.E.O. in
September of 2009. Anderson holds a Bachelor of Science
degree in accounting from Indiana University, Bloomington, Indiana. Prior to
joining Westview, he was Vice President of Network Contracting and Development
at Sagamore Health Network in Carmel, Indiana, and also previously held the
position of Executive Vice President and CFO for Riverview Hospital in
Noblesville. Anderson’s career
also included working for Peat Marwick Main & Company and Main
Hurdman/Arthur Young & Company as a Certified Public Accountant for nine
years specializing in the healthcare industry. Anderson has been actively involved
over his career in many civic and professional affiliations including the
Healthcare Financial Management Association, Indiana Health Care Association,
Alpha Home Association of Greater Indianapolis, Inc., VHA Health plans, Inc.,
United Way and many more. "Westview’s commitment to high

Deborah
(Debi) Lee, R.N., B.S.N., is the Chief Nursing Officer for Westview
Hospital. Prior to this position, Debi has worked as a respiratory
therapist at Indiana University Hospital and Westview Hospital, a staff nurse
on Westview Hospital's medical surgical nursing unit, a school nurse at Van
Buren Elementary School in Plainfield, Indiana, a nurse liaison for Westview
Hospital's Acute Rehabilitation Center, and prior to accepting the CNO
position, Debi was Westview Hospital's manager of Utilization Review. Debi
comes to Westview with an extensive clinical background in nursing and nursing
management in hospitals, as well as community nursing. She earned her
bachelor's of science in nursing degree from Indiana Wesleyan University in
Marion, Indiana; and, Debi is currently enrolled in Indiana Wesleyan's Master
of Science in Nursing Administration Program. E-mail:
